SlinkyCat redux

After a great deal of fucking around with html and some some creative piracy, I though I'd finally fixed the bugs in my experimental template of yore. So I unveiled my new template which looked absolutely fine in the preview, but which appears to have YET AGAIN come up with the stupid-ass Chinese-looking characters that appear whenever I use apostrophes. It looked fine in the fucking preview.

If ANYONE out there knows how to solve this goddamn problem, PLEASE email me or leave a comment because this is driving me absolutely crazy. I actually like this template (though it still need a little bit more tweaking) and I'm dead set on getting rid of the damn polka-dot template of before, so HELP anyone out there!
